Partnerships with the national and international organization in capacity building is a central priority for Pure Hands. To have an effective partnership with local organization’s, Pure Hands conducts training programs to partners in Yemen.
Organizational capacity building is understood as the process of helping an organization to become more efficient and effective and to achieve longterm sustainability and social impact. Pure Hands has an active role in organizational capacity building that focuses on developing the capacities of organizations and individuals. In 2018, Pure Hands organized several capacity building activities that targeted 34 organizations, at a total cost of $19,500.
Capacity building training includes topics on organizational policies, practices, accountability, and delivery of quality services. Pure Hands also offer vocational training to beneficiaries, along with livelihood interventions to ensure that targeted communities and individuals can manage assets and resources.
